Meat Market

North American: “Oh no! I left a piece of beef on the counter in my air conditioned house for 3 hours because I forgot to put it in the fridge. Better toss it out, because golly gee willikers it has most likely turned rancid by now.”
Most of Asia: “Hey! I am selling this meat off this unrefrigerated surface, here in the hot sun, while I fan the flies away with this branch. The meat has been out here for 5-8 hours. Cool? Cool.”
